Mostly Sunny for the upcoming week 

Highs 80-83 and lows 64-73

Our Hottest day will be Tuesday

Coolest night will be tuesday as well the temperatures will sing from 83 – 64

with the cloudiest day on wednesday 

Winds: Trade winds from the northeast at 10-20 mph (16-32 km/h) throughout the week.

Windiest Day: Monday, January 13, with gusts up to 25 mph (40 km/h).

Calmest Day: Friday, January 17, with winds around 10 mph (16 km/h).

Precipitation:

Rain Chances: 20-30% chance of light showers, primarily in windward and mauka (mountain) areas.

Driest Day: Wednesday, January 15, with minimal chance of rain.

Wettest Day: Saturday, January 11, with isolated morning showers.

Surf Report

North-Facing Shores: Expect moderate swells with wave heights between 6-8 feet (1.8-2.4 meters), peaking midweek.

South-Facing Shores: Smaller surf, with waves around 2-4 feet (0.6-1.2 meters), ideal for beginners.

East-Facing Shores: Choppy conditions with waves of 3-5 feet (0.9-1.5 meters) due to trade winds.

West-Facing Shores: Generally calm, with occasional sets reaching 3 feet (0.9 meters).

Dive Conditions: Favorable on south and west shores; exercise caution on north and east shores due to surf and currents.

Marine Warnings: No advisories in effect at this time.

Upcoming Surf Competitions: No major events scheduled for this week.

Venus: Brilliant in the western sky after sunset, setting around 8:00 PM HST.

Mars: Visible in the evening sky, setting around midnight.

Jupiter: High in the southern sky after sunset, setting around 2:00 AM HST.

Saturn: Low in the southwestern sky after sunset, setting by 10:00 PM HST.

Astronomical Note: The Quadrantid meteor shower peaked earlier this month, but you might still catch a few stray meteors in the early morning hours.
